XGS Development Contest (Ended)

Begins: November 22nd, 2004
Ends: Midnight, December 31st (PST) 2004

Categories
  1. Graphics Demos - A graphics demo of any kind preferred NTSC and PAL support, but either NTSC or PAL is sufficient.

  2. Sound / Music Demos - Sound or music demo of any kind.

  3. Complete Video Games - A complete game that is playable from beginning to end, again support for both NTSC and PAL preferred, but either NTSC or PAL is sufficient.
Rules

All entries must be emailed to SUPPORT@NURVE.NET and CC'ed to NURVE_HELP@YAHOO.COM in .ZIP format with a README.TXT file explaining the demo, your contact information including your name, and mailing address. All entries must be submitted by midnight (PST) on December 31st to be judged. One winner per category will be selected if and only if there are enough entries per category and the quality of entries warrants judging. Winners will be notified via email and given the opportunity to select prizes as follows.

I. Winners get to select 3 of the 5 books listed below (if any book is out of stock then a secondary substitution will be made):

II. Winners also get to select either an SK-KEY programmer or a blank XGS Expansion card.

Legal Terms

All participants understand and agree that all submitted demos and programs are submitted into the public domain, furthermore, author gives nurve networks LLC and all its affiliates rights to display, bundle, use, modify and distribute in any and all ways they see fit your demo or program online or physically. Under no circumstances will you demo or program be sold for profit. If there are not enough entries in any one category, or the entries are of poor quality then Nurve Networks LLC retains the right to not judge and not post prizes in these cases and or categories. All decisions and judgements are final. Prizes will be sent via airmail or ground service and Nurve Networks LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged prizes.
