Online
Online orders may be placed anytime through www.XGameStation.com. On-line orders require Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express and are shipped UPS Ground in the United States, and USPS Airmail Parcel Post internationally. Purchase Order Policy
Due to the on-demand manufacturing techniques used for the XGameStation, there are no Net 30 accounts available at this time.
All purchase orders must be accompanied by payment in full for the product.
California Sales Tax
All orders shipped to California will be charged 7.25% sales tax, unless you have a reseller's permit or tax exemption certificate on file with us. Submission of a certificate is not retroactive; therefore, you will be charged tax even if you later submit a certificate.
International Orders
All international orders placed online will be sent by United States Airmail Parcel Post to its destination. Rates range
from $25 to $125 depending territory and weight. Shipments usually arrive within 4-10 working days once processed. International
packages are not insured, and loss or breakage is not the responsibility of Nurve Networks LLC. Additionally, international
customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and destination charges for their orders.
Return Policy/Warranty
Due to the complex, electronic nature of the XGameStation, and the hands-on, hobbyist-oriented intended use of the product, all
sales are final on all products. Any orders cancelled before shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Item Availability
In the event that a third party item ordered through XGameStation.com is not available at the time of shipping, due to
discontinuation, stock shortage or other cause, Nurve Networks reserves the right to replace the item with an equal or better
item with equivelent functionality.
